Our team of qualified OH clinicians will triage each case to ensure it is managed by the right clinician at the right time. Alere Healthcare Connections provide a full remote service offering, to ensure individuals are assessed quickly and referred into primary care practitioners appropriately. We work with a national network of physiotherapists and counselling services to provide optimum care pathways. Using a biopsychosocial model, each case is assessed and working in synergy with our primary care colleagues, we provide the case management required resulting in positive outcomes. Focusing on the ‘fit’ between people and their work (as defined by the HSE), our assessments consider a range of factors to provide the best working environment for each individual.
Where employees have been away from work on long-term sick absence, our Occupational Health Clinicians provide a full fitness to return to work assessment for individual employees. Working in partnership with your company, we can also develop protocols for managing employees with on-going/complicated health issues.
