Our History

Healthcare connections was established in 1998 to fulfil a market requirement for cost effective, industry focused medical and drug and alcohol screening services. The company soon became a recognised provider to the rail industry via Link up accreditation, growing quickly whilst adapting to an ever-changing marketplace. This success led to Healthcare Connections becoming one of the leading providers of occupational health services.

In November 2012, Healthcare Connections was acquired by Alere Toxicology, part of the internationally recognisable health brand Alere.
